I am very disappointed with how ithuba ***** people's money.... I made a deposit it didn't reflect... I enquired i was sent an email to send my deposit dispute. To date they have not refunded my money or responded to my enquiry.

As per your telephonic conversation with Siphesihle, please note that when you initiate an EFT from any other bank (Capitec) to one of our bank accounts, the normal internet banking rules will apply, which means payments can take up to 48 working hours to reflect.
We are aware that your deposit has not been allocated yet, we have therefore requested our finance team to priorities your query in order to resolve it amicably.
