Bad Bad customer service

Been trying to transfer my available funds from my ithuba wallet to my bank account and your stupid system has been rejecting my 4th attempt at doing the document-verification process, I uploaded documents both on the App and website and the last attempt at loading documents done is still hanging which in turn will not allow me to load my available credit to my account.spoke to your 4th *********** consultant (Mahlatse)who was rude and couldn’t be bothered to assist,gave her a reference number and cell number to follow up and kept on putting me on hold for lengthy periods saying she can’t find the query logged and insisted she can’t log another escalation until we find the previous query logged which eventually led to my call cutting,I gave her my cellphone number /email and *** and she didn’t bother getting back at me Very disgusted by your service….and reluctance of your customer agents to resolving queries as opposed to just answering calls without solutions.
