2 weeks now!! funds still not reflecting

<p>Its been 2 weeks now since I did the EFT and funds still not reflecting in my ewallet account - I have called 10 times and the help desk put you on hold and never return - shocking shocking service Ithuba - will have to take legal action to get this resolved.</p>
