Ithemba Racing bad service

Bought a cable for my son's bike, they said it will fit. Put it on the bike, cable is to short take it back and asked them for a longer cable, they said it's standard size. They made it longer then charge us almost double for the price of the cable. How can a business do business like that, take any other business for example, if you buy something and you take it back they either replace it or repair it free of charge. But not these people. I will never do business with them again.
