You need to open a Case with SAPSto have CCTV viewed for lost items on the washing line group
I would not recommend this company to anyone they come up with new senseless rules day by day and shove them down to tenants throats. Recently you're forced to open the case with Saps to have the CCTV footage viewed if you have your clothes ******.... Like where have you ever heard of such🙄🙄🙄. To think that the police stations are already under resource yet you're forced to go an open a case for ****** clothes on the public line. Such matters have nothing to do with Saps but building managers. Eyethu House you will forever be surprised about the service there

Please be advised that a case number is required in order for us to follow the appropriate legal procedures. Building management is not permitted to show CCTV footage of a suspect to a tenant without a case number. This restriction is in place to reduce the risk of tenants taking matters into their own hands, including confronting a suspect for alleged theft in an area that is accessible to the public.
In the event that a suspect is injured during such a confrontation, or if their rights are violated, the victim of the crime may be placed at legal risk.
For this reason, it is strongly recommended that the South African Police Service (SAPS) be involved from the outset. This allows management to lawfully provide the relevant footage in support of an official case, enabling the authorities to handle the matter appropriately and hold the suspect accountable.
Please note that this process is intended to assist you in holding the relevant parties liable and to ensure that the matter is handled correctly and lawfully, rather than to create unnecessary difficulty.
