Xolile, the caretaker at Hofman Newyoker, is completely unfit for her role
Xolile, the caretaker at Hofman Newyoker, is completely unfit for her role. She's rude, unresponsive, and always at odds with tenants. I strongly believe she needs to be assessed through tenant feedback - her attitude and behavior are unacceptable. Not recommended.
