Worst service ever! Stay away

My experience with Ithemba Properties has been the most awful customer service I have experienced in history. As I am writing this ,I'm exhausted and at a loss for words as to how I've been treated as a tenant.

I app**** to stay in a one bedroom apartment in the situation East building,got accepted,paid the deposit and signed the lease. Was supposed to move in on the 3rd of July and oh boy what a disaster it was.

The apartment that I was supposed to move in to wasn't even finished,there was tiling that hasn't been finished,sand everywhere and the state of the building was just awful to look at.

My agent was aware of everything and still proceeded to let me pay for this. I tried reaching out to the building manager,she avoided my calls and only read my texts. Eventually she showed up and decided to put me into another apartment while they get this one finished and still they put in another awful building. There's no hot water and the water is really dirty. There's no sense of remorse or guilt I'm seeing from my agent or even the building manager.

I'm honestly shocked to say the least and I'm very unhappy at the moment. I've read a lot of reviews about your company and most of the stuff is nothing good at all. Have you actually been looking into changing things around and improving stuff in general? Or is this just another company that people should avoid?
