Worst service ever Hofmann Newyorker Yorker come at your own risk they will rip you off with their water charges

If you are coming to one of flats that are under Ithemba property please do so at your own risk. The service is bad and worst if you are staying in a flat where they charge both hot and cold water, you will cry because their readings are very ridiculous. My June rent was R4386 and July was R4796 how do you move from 4.3k to 4.7k when we also had two weeks of no hot water. I sent an email why the sudden increase and all I was told we charge water per consumption and that's what you consumed OK I paid my rent. Now the month of August my rent is R4803 which means by September I should be looking and R4900 since. When you ask or send an email all you get is we've escalated the matter to the right department or the issue has been resolved we've closed the ticket. I regret moving to that building but I know I will find a place I can call home.
