Worst rental company in SA
I'd give you a zero, but I can't so I'll give u a 1. TERRIBLE!! There is no pest control and their flats are infested with ****roaches. Their wifi also takes weeks to be set up, no attendance of complaints by building manager, lifts regularly not working and broken cabinets which we reported months ago. The manager keeps saying he'll come until we gave in.
You get charged a cancelation fee for moving out early (due to their **** service) When their agents call you regarding your issues, the only solution they have is that you move to a different building. Which means they're not willing to up their game.
If you value your sanity, stay far from Ithemba properties.
