Worst Property Group ever

I will try to summarise this. When I looked for a place I stated that the most important thing and thee deciding factor is fibre in my room not shared was told Purchase Place has fibre. Months later of trying to get fibre in my unit I was told no they only have wifi. Now had to move to The Diamond fine I get fibre after issues, I was first told I get the first month free, then was told that is not the case, very inconvenient. Everyone tells you a different story. Fast forward okay stay a few months and decide to move out. Give a full month notice make sure everything is clear and paid then I am told I do not get my deposit back because I moved before the 12 months, and infact I had to pay more to them before I Can move out. At this point I had been with Ithemba for 10 months and the only reason I move from one flat to the other was because of the false information I was given. But the months spent at Purchase Place were not counted toward this fee I now had to pay. Because I just wanted to leave I decided not to fight this at this point I am frustrated and just do not want to do business with these people. I pack and leave but the inspection was not done and I leave the key behind. Now to get back there will take a 45 min drive from my new place. Months later I get a notice that blacklisting, I have been charge over 2k. There was nothing damaged, I can accept a charge for painting that I can accept but will it cost over 2k. I called in and the agent was so unprofessional, worst service ever experienced. I don't even have words for her she had no interest in resolving the issue whatsoever. I could add more but honestly don't trust that Ithemba cares.
