WORST PLACE TO LIVE. EVEN UNDER A BRIDGE IS BETTER!
For your own good, safety, health, and sanity - DO NOT MOVE INTO AN ITHEMBA PROPERTY. I reside in one of thier estates, and it is atrocious. Security: BAD. They allow ANYONE in without the security code. Sanitary? NOPE! There are rats, and a roach infestation, but building managers REFUSE to do anything about it. Noise? No control over the many students who live here. It's loud,the noise goes on until all hours of the morning with no intervention from security. There is also a Curro onsite, so if you work from home, just move on. Staff also clears the bin area out in the middle of the night, and they slam bins and behave as if it not 3am and no one is asleep. Facilities? POOR! The gym, is S***. They still have not built the pool (that we are charged for on our monthly statements). There is no wifi in the "business centre" so what actually is the point? Building managers are just lazy, unresponsive, and just hard to deal with.
Just, don't waste your hard earned money here.

Regarding the swimming pool project, work is still in progress, with estimated completion scheduled for around November to December. Please note that this timeline is subject to change depending on project developments.
