Worst mistake I've ever made renting a property with ithemba.

I've been with ithemba for almost 2 years now, and I must say that renting a property with them was worst decision ever! this month of March 2018 alone electricity has gone twice while all other flats have electricity, I have a 5 months old baby whom as I speak haven't eaten for almost 6 hours because NO ELECTRICITY, secondly my door is next to a window on the passage and every weekend their tenants take chairs and come sit in front of my door and they will leave bottles of alcohol and smoke ashes, I've referred a lot of people here and have started telling them how I regret being their tenant .....
