Worst letting company ever
I moved in August with my fiance after bieng emailed the lease by Bianca one of your Agents,we signed the lease as my fiance had just lost his job i put him under occupants with his info into detail..when we got to Eyethu we were told we must go make finger prints when we got there we were told my fiance cant make finger prints he has to pay R580 as he dsnt appear on the lease...we opened up our emails we showed them the lease and the agent acknowledged that she got the same email but stil only she could say was sorry i was supposed to send the ID copy aswell,we asked her how were we supposed to know that if you ddnt say it under the things you required for the lease coz she only asked for my copy only which she got...not to mention the rude skinny short young lady who works by the letting offices...the only thing i kept asking myself are these people trained to be like this or the job is jus given to anyone who wants it...very dissapointed,up to date we havent recieved any help besides the bullying from the security gaurds...we are considering moving out January 2021...weve had enough.
