This place is the worst. First after paying the deposit they reveal all these hidden payments you have to make monthly. The sewage price is R654 and has apparently been fixed by the City of Johannesburg.
The service delivery is very bad. Each time you complain about something you either get ignored or get told that your problem has been fixed even though it clearly hasn’t.
You will struggle to get something as simple as getting dropped of at the door by your Uber or bolt because the App they use malfunctions all the time and has to be updated weekly.
If you value your peace stay away.
