Wi-fi

I'm so disappointed with ithemba, l moved in at Vuja de on the 31 of August the flat was very dirty, and they told us there is Wi-fi but the Wi-fi is nor working, l reported the issue there is no action at all they just ignoring even the building manager can't help with the issue, of which l think they were supposed to check if everything is working on the unit before we move in of which they didn't, now l don't even know wre to report anymore ,and if l tell them it's better to move out they will tell me to pay for termination of contract, lm so disappointed at the same time don't know we're to take this issue anymore, l have been sending millions to *** there is no action
