Water Shortage

I am currently a tenant at Metropolitan Building from October since we moved here there has never been a month where there is no water shedding, water goes for 5 to 6 days in our unit and when the rent statement comes month end it stays the same as if you had water all the time, you report this to the building manager Thabo and Akhona they sent u from pillar to post and they say report it to their portfolio manager kamogelo she's never on her phone she's always in meetings and their excuse is that other units don't have water too, they make it seem OK and correct and it's wrong. These guys are a **** don't fall for their lys when looking for a place to stay, look elsewhere. The units have rats and cocroaches, they sent pest control after a day or 2 it's back to square one

It's been a week with no luck, as for this response I can see your responding in a by the way manner like he's just another complainant he will be fine when the water returns, it's been 2 days my daughter can't go to school because her uniform is dirty we can't wash it, your guys Kamogelo, Thabo and Akhona are going up an down pretending to be hands on and dealing with the matter but a week later it is still unresolved, as for them to even suggest that I move to another unit yessess that's barbaric because I know I'm going to be faced with new challenges there,it means I'll move around the whole building,do your guys know the administration that comes with moving though?, I paid people to assist me to move to this unit, who will Incure those charges? This is inconvenient for me and my family and your service is becoming poorer by day
