Water issue

I am residing at your building in Metropolitan 1801,i moved into the unit on the 1st October 2023,since I moved into the unit I've expirienced water shortage in the unit 6x now, every month there is water stoppage for approximately 8 days with now being the 10th day with no water in the unit, I have referred the matter to the then Caretaker Bonani who attempted to fix the issue but it keeps occurring and continuing. I have reported the matter to Akhona, Thabo, Kamogelo and Mmakoma who was appointed in this building on Sunday. I'm staying with a girl child who is 10, she's doing grade 5 nearby, she's unable to go to school it's the 4th day today because her uniform is dirty we cannot carry water with buckets for a washing machine, a washing machine needs approximately 100L a load so we can't have that water. We were told that the municipality has got water issues, we are aware of that but our matter is different because this is a continues thing it doesn't start now and when you reason with the mentioned individuals specifically Kamogelo she's trying to sound smart with me telling me that the pressure will pick up as soon as the municipality is back on track

I want to put it on record that water does come back in these other units late at night around 1am but our unit doesn't get water at all, this had got nothing to do with the municipality water pressure, the issue is in house and your team doesn't want to acknowledge that, Thabo have explained to them as to what's the cause of the issue that makes my unit to lack water but Kamogelo chose to ignore it, there is no platform of your I didn't complain on, I've emailed, I've called, I've whatsaped I've done everything 1 can do to ge water but no1 seems to be getting it right, kindly assist us refund us our rent for the month we want to move out and go look for a place to stay because we can't stay in a building without water for 10 days in row then we are told excuses everyday, we need our money as matter of urgency we will look for a place to stay elsewhere. We are being treated like we are staying in rural areas where we rely on government for services whereas we are charged those services, it's a no please attend to this matter
