Water issue
Everytime there is a water issue in City Of Joburg there are some units in Metropolitan that stays over 7 days with no water even after the municipality have restored the water and when you complain to the property manager Thabo and Akhona all they suggest is for you to relocate or vacate the unit an get another 1,the issue here is that these people don't have friendly staff. You can't advice a tenant to move out, you know moving is an administration on its own, the moving costs etc they will be incured by me not them, instead of finding a solution to the problem in those units and fix them they suggest you move and they will allocate the unit to someone new and they continue with the same problem
