Water Cuts - Inconvenient.

I have lived at Elevate Apartments for a couple of months, and while the location is convenient and the building manager is nice, there are several issues that need to be addressed. First and foremost, there are frequent water cuts that impact our building more than others, and it seems like nothing is being done to address the issue. Secondly, the apartments are small and cramped, and the rent increases are making it difficult to justify living here. Lastly, there is a lot of noise from other tenants, making it difficult to relax and can be disruptive and make it hard to sleep and enjoy your home. The management needs to do more to enforce quiet hours and ensure that all tenants are respectful of their neighbors. These are all valid concerns that need to be addressed for the residents to feel comfortable and happy in their homes. While the management is responsive and helpful, it is clear that more needs to be done to address these issues. I urge the management to take steps to improve the living conditions at Elevate Apartments and ensure that all residents are able to enjoy their homes without disruption or inconvenience. I would not recommend living here until these issues are resolved.

Hi Omphile,

We can also confirm that the water outages are not water cuts but are low pressure issues from the Jhb Water side. The onset of higher stages in loadshedding also results in the water reservoirs not being able to fill up enough as the Jhb Water water pumps do not run for long enough.
These low pressure issues are being experienced around many parts of the Jhb city centre. We are however in constant contact with Jhb Water to find out what their plans are to rectify the situation.
We apologise once again for the incovenience.

Regards,
Ithemba Property
