Water charge is ridiculous

Am not happy about the way they treat their tenant they charge us water each month but they are not paying Johannesburg water because some month ago they Johannesburg water came and close water for days because of payment and now they are overcharging us for them to cover their debts. Who does that This month they charge us R670 each unit and we are sharing one meter for water so all the amount comes to R2000 for 1 meter. And others where not even around for December they just came back January. When you file for query they tell me stories I think Johannesburg water need to come and check the way they are charging us
