Useless buiding ever, I wouldn't recomend it to anyone.
It really doesn't get better even after you have sent a review, our complaints are not taken serious as tenants, its really frustrating that theres more than 500 people in the building but we are getting only one freezer, what about me who is at work and comes back to a full fridge, people are charging, cooking, is my meat supposed to rot? can we get a back genarator like any other Ithemba buildings, why are we suffering at the Diamond??? Mr CEO please hear our complaints and do something because honestly the service is pathetic, Imagine zt this time of the month where are we gonna get money fpr takeaways. Ithemba properties do SOMETHING!!!!!! We are suffering

We are aware of the Power outages affecting the building. We do log calls with City power.
PLEASE NOTE:
The following are measures we put in place when we encounter such issues:
1. We place gas stoves in the reception area for cooking.
2. Tenants may connect and charge their devices at reception.
3. Eyethu Co-Lab workstation is open for tenants use.
4. A fridge is placed at reception for tenants to use during the outage time. as soon as we saw the freezer we had was overflowing we brought in another one the next day.
5. The Diamond has a generator that powers up the common arrears like most of our other buildings.
