UPSET AND DISSAPPOINTED TENANT

i am a tenant at the Metropolitian building Hillbrow and i must say that the service delivery there is very bad in a sense that at the moment my entire family is suffering for the incompatent and selfish behavior because of management that doesnt see that being cruel and ****** amongst us is fair , so did notify them that the pipe in my bathroom had a leak so they came and fixed it and they also purposely broke the hot water pipe on the outside..... From the time i have been on Maternity Leave they havent been helpful and welcoming towards my family and i , i have stayed quite but not a minute longer , management feels the need to share my personal issues with the cleaning staff and also they also feel the need to Mock my husband in front of other tenants . i am truly disgusted by their behavior. my family and i don't feel like going home its forced cause we have paid our rent also the ****** comments was made by other tenants and when we notified the agent he said that they was gonna make pamplets but the very next week they made one for whistle blowers nothing about ******.... i have never been so humiliated and at the same time disheartened by their behavior.... this is truly my first and last time that i would rent a property from them ..... my husband even notified the LANDLORD of the building and he doesnt seem to care about he's tenants coz not a single complaint did he even try to contact us to resolve this issue .... the manager also tells me that i must sit and do hes job to see how it feels MY OPINION PLEASE AND PERSONAL PREFERENCE I WONT EVER RENT A PROPERTY FROM ITHEMBA PROPERTIES AGAIN
