Unprofessional Security and Staff
There's a security guard who sometimes verbally assaults women at the entrance of the Purchase Place building. I was personally verbally assaulted twice by this man. I'm putting this here because Ithemba's complaints line is looped so I'm unable to escalate this to someone who can do anything
