Unprofessional, *********** and appalling attitude

On Tuesday, 21 April 2015 I went to the office where I inquired regarding what else needed to be done in order for me to have a hustle-free move out of the building (I didn't want any further surprises). It is then that I was informed that I needed to complete a pass-out form, which I did and then submitted to Isaac (Assistant Manager) as he had instructed. He said he would sign it and had it over to the security reception for their review on the 30th of April (the day I had advised I was moving). On the 30th of April I then approached the security reception only to find that my form was not submitted. When I inquired with Isaac he was very rude and his attitude together with the rest of the staff in the office at the time was appalling. He had a flippant attitude towards having given me misinformed information, not only that but he said I had to complete another form... I spent almost an hour in total trying to resolve the matter. To cut a long story short I could not move out on the day I had planned to move out and had to incur additional costs for having to cancel the transport I had arranged for my belongings and had to source alternative transport for the 1st of April.
