Unprofessional and worst service

Lerato Vundela from Ithemba Sends an email as if she is chatting on whatsapp , no format , very rude , didnt apologies for sending me someones else Bill to me by mistaking and claiming its mine , Its my first seeing a company that writes an email like this , I sent notification that am moving out , Ithemba agents sends an email saying the Move out is captured and them 2weeks later i did not notify the office of my move meanwhile i have proof , I think even grade 9 learner would construct a better email
