I would like to report the appalling attitude shown by the admin lady (the one that does finger prints) and the securities in the building. They are extremely rude, do not know how to communicate whatsoever. I have only been staying at your property for a work and I cannot take it with your securities<br> securities. When I moved into your property i was told by Busi that I needed to have my fingerprint taken for access. I then told her that I did not have an ID with me, she then said it's fine they will use my ID copy, I went to the office for the fingerprint to be taken but the lady at your offices refused. She said how will she know me if I don't have an ID then I told her to use the copy on the lease as Busi had mentioned together with Veli, she asked me to leave. To this day I have been battling to enter the building from work. I have to deal with the stinking attitude of your securities before I could be let in. I just want to point out that I paid to stay at the property, I am not staying for free and as such I need to be treated with respect. I do not want to be sent from pillar to post with mixed information from different people. Your staff is rude.
