Unpleasant service at the security gate.

I am really disappointed and shocked by the service I have received at the gate from the security who is a light skinned lady who said her name was Thulani. My finger prints always gives me problems since I moved in and have reported that. when I go in and out of the gates I struggle . Sometimes it works when I go out and sometimes it refuses to let me in. I was really unhappy by the approach or manner which the security has talked to me when I asked for the other electric gate to be opened for me. That is not how I expected the security to treat the situation I’m really disappointed and will never recommend anyone to move into this flat. I’m glad I am canceling the contract this month because of the service from this flat .
