******** Eviction

<p>On Monday I received a letter from management, hand delivered. It was a notice to vacate by end of Feb 2016. On my side, I have paid everything I owe, in good time. I have always paid rent in time. I have done nothing that could be considered a breach of the lease which is up in July. I have contacted the office but no one is explaining why Ithemba is threatening to ********ly evict me. I do not have options and have not budgeted to move. I would be homeless if they force me out which I fear they might, based on how they have treated other tenants and other ******** behaviour and evictions I have witnessed in the 6 months that I have been their tenant. I am shocked to have been given this letter. </p>
