******** electricity cut off

Despite having made payment arrangements with the building managers of Wespark Estates they went ahead and cut off my electricity. I was told to pay at least R1000 to have them switch it back on but even after paying they still didnt switch it back on. They also told me not to communicate with the head office because they will be liable to explain as to why they switched on.
