Unit not renovated

Hi there I have been living in the Ithemba building for 8 years now so early this year in March moved in to a 3 Bedroom unit at Crestview 101 the unit was not properly renovated and there os water leaking in the other bedroom when I deposited the unit they told me that they will fix within a short period of time now it has been 7 months and building manager tells me he has nothing to do with that i am unable to find a sub-tenant at that bedroom i told him so I have been paying my rent fully for the past 7 months because I keep telling myself that they will fix the unit now I took this matter to senior managers he said he will get back to me I told him im not going to pay rent until the unit is renovated now the building manager wants to switch off the lights .ithemba has to train their building managers that it’s not all about paying rent it’s about making sure that the units are clean and properly renovated especially with Peter from crestview that guy knows nothing about management he aggressive for no reasons whatsoever that guy was a cashier at spar he knows nothing about property please do something about that because people are not happy at all.ithemba has been doing false adverti*****t now.thank you
