Unhappy tenant Urban lofts
I would not advise anyone to rent from Ithemba property. I have not received my lease even today signed from landlords. Worse they have been trying to cheat me on my deposit I don't even know what to do anymore. They charged me 5360 plus minus then on the statement they write deposit 4650 ,I have been trying to get their account department to assist me they are bluntly refusing my agent gerald sibanda and his manager mpho don't even care .I have written endless emails went to their offices no help,they refuse to give me the next person to escalate this issue maybe I will get help.please Jonathan and Rian hope you see this and intervene.please honestly I feel like Ithemba property is in a business of robbing poor people.
