Unhappy tenant @ the diamond maboneng

I am very disappointed with Ithemba properties , i moved in 25 of march 2020. I was so excited and happy that i have moved in . While i was moving in i got stuck in a lift for almost 5 hours i tried pressing the help button but nobody came through to assist . I called actually hear the security guard talking and minding her business. Worse part my stuff where outside , someone would have stole my belongings and ithemba would have not cared . After 5 hours of getting help from one of their agent who decided to visit the security guard by the reception notice help buttom was on and he assistant me. After that i went in to my room the was no water and i had to sleep like that after being stuck in the lift ...nobody cared about my health imagine during this crisis of covid19.

I emailed the senior person at ithemba and i he was helpful everything was sorted . However last week someone moved in nextdoor and since then i have been complaining to the manager about the noise and my neighbors behavior. The person im complaining about she used to stay same floor but in a room that near the neighbor's complain about her and her skids and she was moved next to my room.

To avoid everything i request my agent to move me to another however he wasn't available to show me the rooms . They request one of the cleaners to show me two rooms because the building available. So i choose of the rooms he showed me and everything was sorted .im supposed to move in 25th. Today the manage gave me the keys and told me to move some of the stuff so monday i can officially moved in . While i was moving some stuff i notice the was water running i could literally here a running tub but then i called the manager to explain he said to me my room was connected to the washing area. However the cleaning guy when he showed me the rooms..this was not mentioned.

When i told the building manager he said there was nothing he can do , i choose the room and he said i should i should speak to my agent. He didnt care even when i told him i guess i should move out from ithemba property building.

Very disappointed. Now i have to lock for a place and move out during this pandemic covid 19.
