Unhappy tenant!
As I'm writing this I'm in tears, my food is rotten in the fridge and it's only the 10th of March I'm specifically talking about the diamond, there is a deep freezer downstairs, it's already full that is why I couldn't go put my meat there and there's a lady who stays in front of my place, they stole her meat Living here is horrible I don't want to lie Imagine taking a cold shower to work for the whole weekend and how many are we in this building for one freezer??
I couldn't even go to work, what am I going to report and say to my manager.
I really hope the CEO sees this and do something We are tired of complaining about the same thing over and over I pay my rent with no delays but I'm not getting a comfortable stay
It's really unfair Please Ithemba can we atleast get a back up generator something to keep us going please 🥺

Update on Power Outage:
City Power has advised that 80% of the repair work has been completed, and contractors remain on-site attending to the remaining repairs. No estimated time of restoration (ETA) has been provided yet.In the meantime, to assist you until electricity is restored, please note the following:
- Hoofd: Units 403 and 603 are available for bathing and cooking.
- Purchase Place: Units G18 and 104 are available for bathing and cooking.
- Tenants may charge their devices and laptops at the building reception area.
- Eyethu Co-Lab workstation will remain open for tenant use.
- A fridge and gas stove will be available at reception for tenants to use. Please ensure your items are placed in marked bags.
