UNHAPPY!! REALLY FRUSTATED, UPSET AND WISHING TO EVEN TERMINATE THE LEASE AGREEMENT IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I first met with the agent of Ithemba Property to view the apartment at Urban 8 Charles Street, New Doornfontein to rent for my daughter. Upon receiving the lease agreement, - Firstly, I picked that it was schedlued for 12 months without asking me how long would I rent. I then queried this and I was told that they can fix it to the months (10 months) I want my daughter to stay but with additional cost charged against me for choosing a lesser period of stay of 10 months. I paid that additional amount without hesitation.

- Secondly, during the 1st month of my daughter's stay, I received an account bill which is charging the hot water and cold water for 2 on the statement whereas my my daughter is staying alone and that was also indicated on the lease contract section OCCUPANTS, indicating only 1 name of the occupant.

When I logged a complain regarding the charge, I was then told that this can be fixed by changing the lease agreement from tenant to guardianship (beacause I'm not staying there) and that come with a cost of R499. 10 to do it. This is actually not my fault in filling in the incorrect lease agreement, I was served with that lease form to complete and that was very clear from the onset as advised by the agent that I'm only renting the flat for my daughter. This is very frustating and not happy with Ithemba property management.

I followed up with the agent and also the lease manager and they will always say they will come back to me and they never did. REALLY FRUSTATED, UPSET AND WISHING TO EVEN TERMINATE THE LEASE AGREEMENT IMMEDIATELY!!!!
