UNHAPPY ABOUT THE ONCE OFF VISIT ACCESS PASS

I am writing this review to state my grievance towards the sudden change of the creation of visitor access code. I am really not happy with change from inviting the visitors for 24hr upwards to the system only accepting once off access because right now I have a visitor in my flat who is here for my birthday celebration, who is coming from KZN who will be here for the week, so that means that whenever she wants to go out I must make a code for her even when she comes back I must make a code for her since we only allowed to make once off code and bare in mind that I am at work I must also make time to do these code. I am really not happy with system changes. It is so inconvenient and worse the management does not state on the communication what is the agenda behind this change so that we can have a clue as tenants on what caused the system to change.
