Unhappy

I had a 12 month lease with Ithemba when my lease end I didn't renew it due to that I was very unsatisfied about their service, so they had to pay my deposit but till today it's been 2 months since I moved out I haven't received my money back. They keep sending emails that within 30 days of my moving out I'll get my refund but nothing happens I've sent my banking details I don't know What's so hard to deposit the money.
