Unhappy 😡

Hi, I'm a tenant of more than 6years with Ithemba-property-trust but its like they're playing with our nerves or maybe they want to know how far we can go for them to respect us as tenant. Can you imagine that in Crestview a building of 14 level only 1 lift is working. In case it breaks down things that happen sometimes or someone moving in our out you will have to use the stairs and yes the building doesn't have back up for the ONE LIFTS. So pray to be by your place before loadshedding and make sure to have everything sorted if not it will be the stairs from grown to 14 floor. This is our routine since 2years now. I think this company is no longer like before cause till now I can't understand how a building like Crestview run with one lift and without back up as all the building in Johannesburg. Or maybe the company fixing the lifts has a deal with some of you guys. Cause when it happens for someone to be inside the lifts when loadshedding strike you will have to wait for the company fixing the lifts to come. Like you can be inside waiting for 30mn.
