Unfair withholding of the part of the deposit for rental of a flat by Ithemba Property

Deposit not fully refunded because of the following reasons. 1. Cleaning and fumigation =R374 2.Check if walls are clean, tidy and paint not peeling off =R1200: Comment-Flat must be painted 3. Check if walls have no cracks=R150: Comment-The wall was drilled next to the main door?? 4.Check that the toilet seat is not broken, cracked or leaking=R250: Comment-Toilet seat is broken. 5.Record the serial number of the oven =R374 : Comment-Cleaning and fumigation 6. Inspection of the house was conducted in the absence of the tenant 7. No date on which the inspection was conducted 8. No company logo on the summary sheet
