Unfair treatment from ithemba property

I was locked out of my flat at the Onyx jewel city on the 10/05/2024 as I had defaulted on my rent payment. I made a payment on the 26/05/2024 and brought my account up to date. I spoke to Patrick(Building Manager) to open up my flat and he said he would get back to me but didn't. Then I spoke to Kantoro who at least got the security to accompany me to the flat only to find that someone else was occupying my unit. Kantoro indicated that he will get in touch with his manager but he eventually stopped getting back to me as well. No notice was provided to me that my lease is being terminated and I have no idea where my belongings are as no one is getting back to me
