Unfair Public Listing Despite Monthly Payments Being Made

I am extremely disappointed with the way Ithemba Property has handled my account. Despite the fact that I have been consistently paying towards an unfair bill this account every single month, they still proceeded to list me on public records as if I am refusing to pay.

At no point have I ignored my responsibility or failed to make arrangements. I have been actively paying off the balance, yet this listing has negatively affected my credit report. It damaging for a company to publicly list someone who is making ongoing payments and showing commitment to settling the account.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and consideration before taking such action. Companies should work with paying clients instead of immediately damaging their credit/profile while payments are being made.

I expect Ithemba Property to urgently review this matter, remove the listing , and handle customer accounts with more professionalism and fairness going forward. I don't think i would re-fair anyone to Ithemba Property.
