Unfair practice

After making payment arrangement 5 days ago iThemba(Onyx building) still switched off my lights. Upon enquiring this morning I was told Kantoro the person to authorise the request was at a memorial service. Miriam the receptionist at Purchase Place building said so ... I have lost 2 days of working time because of this. Also I asked iThemba to fix a broken door over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been done.. In December upon occupation of the flat I was given my keys for checking in 7 days after paying my initial fees, charges and rent . I was left stranded for 7 days which they didn't acknowledge or reimburse...
