Unbearable ****roaches

<p>I have been tolerating this for far too long.. i am a resident at Eyethu House, one of Ithemba's buildings.. we have been experiencing an overwhelming amount of ****roaches having a feast in our apartments, what's worse is we live with the building manager but there hasnt been any attempts to tackle the problem.. someone please make me understand whose responsibility is it to fumigate the place??? Another problem i have, we currently have only 2 lifts working (of which one dies every now and again) in a building of 6 floors with about 60 units on each floor.. how does this make any sense?.. when will the other 2 lifts be operational?</p>
