Unacceptable living Copndition and services
This company must be boycotted . The living conditions in number 260 Marshall street ,Ekuphumuleni building is heart breaking . There are rats everywhere and nothing has been done . People are paying R200 for common area per unit ,This means we are paying the bills for the building ,This common lights don't even have back up lights for the corridors when the is no electricity .The caretaker very Useless as Ithemba take their securities and make them building managers without proper training to save money .
The parking is forever braked in . Telling the care taker is just a waste of time . We cant be charged R200 FOR COMMON AREA and still buy prepaid for our house hold . This basically means that a Unit Spent R1100 a month for electricity and their rental is not worth the place and services . Its High time as tenants to come together and fight this negligence .
For those who ran out of options and still waiting for your deposits or you have been locked out call ***/ ********** / ********** ********** THE RENTAL HOUSING TRIBUNALS for your rights .At the end of the day we pay rent .We demand services . The common area charges must fall ,Their lights are not working and we have told the care taker since beginning of February and still no lights , The parking was broken into and all they did was to take out the only camera surveilling the washing line to the parking side .Now the washing line has no lights no a camera .ITHEMBA ENOUGH IS ENOUGH .You are slowly dragging your name into the mud . Polish your management s****s.
One more thing ,Why are you over crowding this building by the way . If that building catches fire ,It will be burnt to the grown and even the fire department wont manage to take it out . Ekuphumuleni has Unacceptable living conditions, such as overcrowding or hygienic issues.
