*****ulent Ithemba terms and conditions!
Ithemba is very *****ulent, and they contradict themselves. I rented from Ithemba for 2 years without ever being late on rent or not paying rent. My contract stated that my deposit will be paid 14 days after I move out but now that I have moved out they tell me it is 30 days after. Your service is ****, no electricity for days (sometimes a whole week), dirty corridors and lifts and overall bad tenant behavior that goes unpunished if the building manager is your friend. I have come to realise that Ithemba could care less about the people who live in their buildings. All they care about is the rental for poor facilities. I want the exact date of when my deposit will be paid back into my account so that I can cut all ties with this useless property group.
We received your review and we looked we investigated the matter. Please not that a notice form can be amended unlike a lease agreement, the notice form you signed stated that your deposit will be refunded 30 days from the vacate date.
We have attached the part of the notice form where you signed acknowledging that your read and understood the refund part of the refund.
Your deposit will be refunded on the 25th of April subject to a 72-hour clearance period dependent on the Bank you use.
