This company is the ****iest property companies. Especially in Calton view, JHB, 36 Von Wielligh street. They don't fix things. First of all they have two lifts on such a big flat. Where the rent is extremely high. Who on earth pays R4000 for a BACHELOR flat that has stove that is not working properly? Cupboards are old. They never fumigate the place like ever!!!! There's always water issues but we pay for every month. The wardrobe is mental jail type of wardrobe.

Right now there's no water on CHRISTMAS DAY nogal!!! Lifts are not working BOTH OF THEM!!!! I CANNOT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS OVER.
