At Purchase Place they allow kids to play by people's doors and not do anything about it. There have been complaints, but no one seems to care. The guards just let the kids play by people's doors or just play with those weak lifts. If you honestly want peace of mind don't bother renting with Ithemba. The only thing they are good at is reminding tenants about rent money but when they have to play their part in making sure we live comfortably they don't bother. You'll regret living at this place. DON'T DO IT!!

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by your experience with the children at Purchase Place.
Kindly be advised that we do have our security that patrol regularly in the building. When a child is found loitering or causing disruption by our security guards, the unit in which the child is an occupant/resident gets charged as per our lease contract with tenants all round Ithemba.
Based off of our house rules, the parents will be charged for their children causing disruption and we will ensure that our securities continue to monitor the elevators as well as the hallways.
