The most unprofessional place of residence full of ***** I have ever came across,started with the agent called Gerald Sibanda I payed rent and deposit in December 2022 for January in agreement I was supposed to move in on the 3rd January 2023 on the 2january the agent of the above name tell me I can't move in they gave my place to someone else bear in mind I have never lived in jozi all my life iam staring a new job on the exact day I must move in and now I don't have place according to him but I paid,he now wants me to sign another contract for a smaller place I refused and told him I want what I paid for ,he says I have no choice literally wanted to force me to sign a legal document .I contacted the building manager Mathabaha Edmond he said there is nothing he can't do he will try to sort it out,It was so stressful because now where I stayed I had to move out and it was in Pretoria the new tangents must get in I have to now travel from pta to my job when I came on the 6 the manager gave me a smaller apartment my fanniture did not fit .I had to get a place to sleep temporarily moved in around after a week reported them nothing was done.okay I have a car I paid for parking for January Mathabaha failed to give me a parking bae.He send me to Piter another manager he gave me a parking that had and old car BMW in dust.icontact them via whatsup they said they will sort it out they never sort it out . Mathabatha said I must park in his parking I did it for few days only to find him parking there,I choose another parking was harrassed by security to move from there it's parking of another tenant.I spend January and February without any parking bae made plans for my car outside the building and stop paying parking send emails complaint no 144867 Thandeka. nyathi send me documents for cancelling parking advised me fill them in and send mine you I did inform her that I wont pay for service I didn't use .There is new manager he came to my door apartment 1112 Saying I owe 1350 I explained that I can not pay for parking I don't use they are at fault they must sort it out he promised to sort it out .Now as write this she deactivated my finger prints for entering residence I emailed her to ask why complaint no 142463 she responded by saying iam laible to pay then they will load my prints on the system again.this is ***** why must I pay for parking that had someone else s car where is my money going. And again if I moved in that small apartment instead of the one I paid for where was my money going to go.i actually want to take it further because it's ********
