This place is daylight *******

Do not ever move in here! Biggest regret ever! Moving out as soon as possible!!

Where do I even start!?

1. They charge you for EVERYTHING and the prices of things go up every month without it even making sense..

2. The hot/cold water is bull****. When showering it either stays warm for 2 min and immediately jumps to ice cold and then back to boiling hot without you touching the damn thing. They claim it's because of the cold weather but it's been like this for months.

3. THE NOISE AND RULES ARE BULL****. The only thing security is good for here is being rude and fighting with you over nonsense. No one is forcing the rules on anyone else, people screaming in the halls at horrible hours of the night/morning like freaking cats on heat. Do your job..

4. Your reception ladies couldn't be worse.. from the attitude of being too good to help. They are pretty much useless at their jobs.

5. How do you build a place but not make it accessible for people who have prams or disabilities??? My fingerprint all of the sudden doesn't work so I'm forced to somehow take the stairs with a newborn in a pram?? Let's not even think about what could have happened if I was in a wheelchair?...

6. Queries are useless.. it's like they don't read anything and just reply..
