They amazing iThemba
Had a 8year lease agreement with Ithemba... Where the building was initially clean and well protected however as the years progressed the quality of life in the building became bad.... Dirty floors, Kids playing in the hallways, Security guards let people in and out as they please
I decided to end my lease in Aug 23 and my goodness did I not get the worst experience serving my notice... My power was cut... No explanation... Theres no caretaker that stays in the building so as a tenent you only get help during office hours... My unit was one of the cleanest and best kept UNIT in the building probably still is.... And yet my deposit got ducted for things that weren't there... Bearing in my mind I was handed keys to a unit that wasn't painted.... If only I knew I would have opened a saving pocket to compensate for the loss of my deposit without reason... THANK YOU ITHEMBA AND YOUR RUDE STAFF... Hopefully you'll continue to make ends meet in these great economic times
