Their Barlow Park Complex

I am a tenant here, if I could I would give it ZERO stars. Firstly, there is no entrance for people with disabilities, just stairs which most wont be able to use. Very discriminatory. There is a huge amount of noise that comes from the roof on a daily basis.

Secondly, the water quality is very bad, there are regular unannounced power outages that disturbs all the people that work from home, and the hot water just gets cold and we only get communication about it after reporting it, that's how bad their communication is.

Thirdly, the fees was a surprise as its not what was advertised, and the fees increase out of nowhere, to a point where we pay R704.45, wow, just wow. You have to generate entrance codes for e-hailing but they will not work no matter how many times you generate codes, why cant they just use a better and easier system. Also, they take pictures of our visitors or even their ID's, what happened to POPI Act? There is is no parking for visitors and they will end up paying so much for parking.

Furthermore, their maintenance response is so bad, I had reported a leaking kitchen sink in June and it is still not fixed and the moment they came with the maintenance guy and the manager said that I see ghosts (in a different language thinking i don't understand the language)and that the kitchen sink does not leak even though i sent the pictures and videos for them to see what I was talking about. And just know the high speed WIFI they have advertised is 10mbps.

In addition, do not be fooled by the good reviews they have received, instead of fixing the issues withe buildings to get good reviews, instead they ran a promotion telling us tenants to give them great reviews and could stand a chance to win a TV, this just shows how they do not care about the issues about their buildings and believe they can fix it with money. I will attach the photo of the promotion pamphlet. Shameless....

If you are thinking of moving to this place think twice about if you want to go through all of that. This is the worst place I have seen.
